The pack lets players blast around a snow-covered mountain in new types of races. Eight new vehicles come with the download.

The new Blizzard Mountain expansion pack for Forza Horizon 3 now lets players experience the worst winter weather from the comfort of their couch. The download includes eight new vehicles that are perfect for exploring this snow-covered landscape. If you already explored every bit of the base game’s Australian setting, then this icy terrain should prove to be a nice change of scenery from the scorching outback.

Fans of classic models have machines to look forward to driving, too. The oldest of the bunch is a 1966 Ford F-100 Flareside Trophy Truck from Abatti Racing.

In addition to the new scenery, the Blizzard Mountain expansion has over 50 events and challenges that let players race around places like an ice-covered lake. To make the most of the limited traction, racers can now install snow tires on any vehicle in the game. The download also adds new race types like Hill Climb, Descent, and Blizzard. There’s a hidden barn find vehicle to track down, too.

All the new vehicles in the expansion seem perfect for sliding around in the snow. For example, players can now get behind the wheel of Ken Block’s Ford Focus RS RX that stars in Gymkhana 9. There’s also the Subaru WRX STI VT15r rally car that Travis Pastrana drives in the Rally America series. RJ Anderson Polaris RZR-Rockstar Energy Pro 2 Truck is among the racing vehicles available, and you might recognize the Nissan Titan Warrior Concept from last year’s North American International Auto Show.

Fans of classic models have machines to look forward to driving, too. The oldest of the bunch is a 1966 Ford F-100 Flareside Trophy Truck from Abatti Racing. Those who enjoy rallying can pilot two of Lancia’s best: the wedge-shaped 1975 Lancia Stratos HF Group 4 and fire-spitting 1985 Lancia Delta S4 Group B. Finally, there’s the game’s hidden barn find, which is a (Spoiler Ahead) 1970 International Harvester Scout 800A. Guides on YouTube can already help guide you to its secret location.
