Create your own events and share them online.
After wowing us last year with Forza Motorsport 6, Microsoft will give players an open world of automotive events to explore in Forza Horizon 3 for the Xbox One and Windows 10 on September 27. The latest installment in the franchise will move the action to Australia, and the Outback will seemingly allow for an even bigger focus on off-road action than before. The game’s new trailer transports you to Oz for a taste of the upcoming game.
With over 350 available vehicles, there’s something to drive for any player’s taste. The trailer shows off models like trophy trucks, dune buggies, an Ariel Nomad, and a Lamborghini Centenario. Gamers have plenty of places to travel, too, because the map is twice as big as the previous installment in the Horizon series. There’s also more replay value this time because you can modify the racing routes, place restrictions on the entrants, and then share the newly created events online.
While the game is still months away from release, you can pre-order Forza Horizon 3 now. The standard version is $79.99. The Ultimate Edition for $129.99 provides early access to begin playing on September 23, a pack of downloadable vehicles, and access to the car packs as the developer releases them.
